Welcome to our website we thank you for taking the time to browse our site and by doing so you are agreeing to the below terms of use and any purchase you make from us, please ensure you take a moment to read the below and contact us with any questions.
Prices
Prices quoted are correct at the time of going to print, on this website you will find up to date information and other combinations not shown on our leaflets, bespoke orders are priced accordingly or amnedments to your existing order may incur additional charges if you change or amend your order.
We reserve the right to amend the prices at anytime and without prior notice. Due to the ever changing price of silver the Silver Keepsake Jewellery is subject to change depending on the cost of silver and individual requirements, we will ofcourse update the website should prices change.
Payments
Full Payment an invoice will be sent to you before your appointment which can be paid on receipt by direct transfer if you use internet banking this is processed for us by HSBC directly, or you can pay in store at your appointment - your wood order will then be processed and your keepsake continued with.
Gift Vouchers
Little Hands, Little Feet Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are non-refundable, and can not be redeemed for cash.
Gift Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
Gift Vouchers can not be used within our retail partner stores or art galleries
Please keep your vouchers secure, as lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced.
*If you would like to redeem your voucher online please email us with the voucher number and we will add this to the system for you to use.
Shipping of Kits & Delivery
We aim to post any impression kits ordered within 48 hours of your order & payment by Royal Mail first class delivery - If you need your jewellery in a hurray please contact us prior to purchasing to make sure we can create your keepsakes in time. Simply Purchase your desired keepsake and choose the post option. Should you be purchasing the fingerprint impressions or pawpad impression then these need to be returned to us at your own expense - miniaturised impressions taken on paper can simply be scanned and emailed to us.
Product Delivery Time Scale
We aim to complete your order as soon as we can, generally within 4-6 weeks for our jewellery range or approx 8-12 weeks for our stone impressions. If you need your keepsake sooner, for a special occasion please contact us and we can let you know if it can be done for you, the stone impressions can't be rushed for many factors including the natural dying time so you would be better choosing the jewellery collection if you need your order in a hurry.
Please note the above stone impressions timescales are given based on Dianne having your full design confirmation, photos,wood options, colour schemes and payment in full at the time of ordering. If you ask for a payment plan your order will not be processed until you have paid in full for your artwork or order. Therefor allow the above timescales from the time you confirm everything in full.
If you delay your stone impressions keepsake frame due to not having a suitable photo, layout is not decided, payment is not made at the time of impressions being taken or some other reason for your delay, this will push back your delivery time and it will still be the usual timescale as above approximately 8-12 weeks from when you finalise.
Returns and Refunds - Stone Impressions
If your impressions have been taken, regretfully you will be unable to cancel your order. All our products are made by hand, and are bespoke to your personal requirements including frames that are handmade around your size of impressions and design. Certain amendments can be made depending on the stage we are at with your keepsake and charges maybe implemented.
We are very proud of the quality that we produce for each and every keepsake and are confident that you will be delighted with your purchase from Little Hands, Little Feet Keepsakes.
All frames are are hand delivered or collected by yourselves, please feel free to discuss any concerns you have at the time of delivery or within 7 days - should you not be totally happy, as it’s our priority for 100% customer satisfaction.
If it is agreed that an error has been made on our part it may be returned for a replacement within 30 days from delivery. Where possible please contact us by email or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of your keepsake.
If you yourselves have made an error in not checking details of your confirmation correctly, additional charges will be at your cost to rectify your mistakes.
Duplicate Orders / Impressions
We are able to take duplicate impressions from the inital order which is great for gifts any time of the year and especially at christmas!! However we need to know at your appointment that you would like this done. We also do not supply our artwork of stone impressions without frames - ever.
Returns and Refunds - BESPOKE JEWELLERY
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order prior to us sending out your impression kits please contact us asap, we aim to dispatch kits within 48 hours of payment. If you do cancel we will refund your monies paid by the same method of payment and within 14 days.
If kits have already been dispatched we are sorry but an admin fee will be charged of £5 and we ask for you to return the kits to us - If you do not return the kits to us £15 will be charged.
If we have already started working on your jewellery we are sorry but refunds of such personalised and bespoke items can not be cancelled. Certain amendments may be possible but it depends on what stage we are at with your order.
With any pieces of jewellery, links can be opened or broken if not treated with care, or just general wear and tear over time. Please check your jewellery when you receive it and contact us within 7 days if there is a fault. We can not be held responsible should you lose or break your item. Should you wish for your jewellery to be soldered permanently on to existing jewellery or simply a soldered jump ring please let us know and we will advise of addtional costs for soldering.....If you decide after receiving that you wish to have your item soldered you may return your piece to us please contact us for costs involved or visit your local jewellers.
Our pieces are truly made by hand and heart and hope you will be delighted with your purchases from us. We do work with you to totally customise your items and will help you with your decisions when asked. We can not accecpt returns on our bespoke customised orders. If we have made an error with your order this would be the only excption and in this instance please contact us within 7 days of receiving your jewellery.
Please ensure all details and spelling is correct at the time of placing your order and that you are happy with the impressions you are sending back to us as we do not make any enhancements or adjustments to impressions supplied what you see is what you will recieve set in to silver.
Please take a moment to read FAQ section for your chosen keepsake as there maybe additional information that you may find useful before ordering your keepsake, especially with regards to the finger prints and how much detail to expect. As all of our pieces are original prints taken from yourselves no enhancements can be done. Some babies do not have defined prints others do and the same in an older child there is no set age or guarantee when the definition will be greater. For this reason you can have your babies prints taken at any age and the result could be more of a little dimple impression than an actual print - but still just as cute!
Personally for me, our little girl did not have defined prints with swirls and whirls until over the age of 2, but some babies at only 2 weeks old have had fantastic fingerprints!
Please be aware that adding anything to your existing bracelet or necklace other than the brands own beads/charms may void any relevant warranty this is done at your own risk
Your statutory rights remain intact at all times. Distance Selling.
By law customers have the right to withdraw from the sale within 7 working days after the items are delivered. This however does not include bespoke and personalised items that are made to order.
SILVER JEWELLERY - CARE
Please take a moment to read advice on how to care for silver jewellery. It is not advisable to use any harsh chemicals or silver dips as this could result on damaging the prints - we can not restore - your items would need to be totally re made. We are happy to clean your jewellery for you please contact us to schedule a fee will be charged - we also have polish cloths that you can also purchase.
ALL Silver will tarnish. But on contact with perfume, skin creams, acidic skin ph, salty air this will happen much faster. The amount of tarnishing and how quickly is dependant on the skin and care of the wearer.
What is tarnish - a discolouration / blackness on your jewellery - with the right care you can keep your jewellery sparkling as new - We have also included in the Jewellery Information - How To Care & Clean. It is not a fault with your jewellery just a natural process - we/you are able to clean most tarnish away fully if not left untreated. We are not held responsible for any missuse of products or information given.
Photographs
Where possible we will take photos of our keepsakes for website, advertising etc. Should you not want your keepsake to be photographed please let Dianne know
Conformity
Every care is taken to ensure that the description and details are correct at the time of publishing. We are unable to accept responsibility for variation in colour of our impressions that maybe caused by the computer system used to view the products or print reproduction
The links outside of our website are for your benefit and ease and we give these in good faith, if any links appear not to be working or have changed please let us know.
Our website is as accurate as possible, including photos and pricing we reserve the right to amend the contents without prior notice
